My versatile designer toolkit contains knowledge of service design methods, graphic design and web technologies. Design thinking, iterative agile development, prototypes and qualitative and quantitative research as part of the design process are inseparable aspects of my professional skillset. Previous job experience and working with people with special needs have expanded my people skills allowing me to understand users better, facilitate conversation and formulate concepts for stakeholders with various demands.
